828 The Decorative Touch – ½ credit
The basics of preparing hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, and quality cake decorating through demonstrations and student practice are the core of this class. Familiar cake decorating techniques are demonstrated by the teacher as well as self-taught decorative food skills. This course may include decorative centerpieces/wall hangings as well, with permission of instructor. A final exam is required for performance and passing grade.
