Library Rules for Students
1. Follow Directions.
2. No eating or drinking in the Library
3. Students from Learning Lab must get a pass from Ms. Speranza, check into their respective
Learning Labs, then come back to the Library and SIGN IN.
4. Students may talk quietly and listen to music with headphones, so long as the music is kept low.
5. No Cell phones or text messaging in the library.
Book Ordering Policies for Teachers
Teachers should be aware that the Library places book orders three times a year. If a teacher would like the library to carry certain titles, he or she should submit a list of book titles to the Librarian by May 1st, October 1st and February 1st of each year. Please note that any book title placed on the May 1st list will be available in the library for the following school year. The ordering process can take up to 3 weeks. Any rush orders should be done through individual departments.
ILL
The Library will do Inter Library Loan under certain circumstances. Please be aware that it could take up to three weeks to obtain a book through ILL. If a student needs a book through ILL, please check with Ms. Speranza.
